Healthy Little Snack

Take a can of Albacore tuna, add in Bar-B-Q sauce and a little season salt. Tasty, cheap and quick snack before you hit the gym.

This has been a health tip by your best friend at the mall -Cat

oh and regular tuna is not recommended. Has to be at least Albacore quality or taste results are skewed.

For a more traditional twist I reccomend replacing the salt and bbq sauce with a little light mayonnaise (or tartar sauce) and banana pepper rings!

Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

love the mayo in there, but trying to keep it healthy. Even light Mayo has like 10 grams of fat per Tablespoon
