Help Calling Japan

Everytime that I call Japan I use a phone card and now i lost it...but i need to know the order of the steps i use to call Japan...Country Code is 81 the city code for chiba is 43..i need to call a cell phone but im not sure how i do it...can rio or lazyboi or hglds or someone help me..thanks

well you should just have to dial the country code and then the city code and then the number for the phone...if it is a mobile phone number you may have to exclude a digit...i know if i was calling a mobile phone in korea and lets say the first 3 digits of the number were 010 you would exclude the 0 and just dial 10 and the remaining digits

011 (US exit code) + 81 (Country Code) + 43 (City Code) + Number (Omit any zeros at the beggining)
