Help me learn how to post a picture?

I have the pictures uploaded to my web site and want to put in my cappersmall post.
Then what do i do? thanks

real simple

just click "insert image" ^^^^^^ at the top of the area before you can type a messgae (where you can bold change color etc.) it's the 2nd to last option to click

then just link the photo in here
