Question Help with offshore accounts

I need to know of a offshore account where it is easy to collect my payouts weekly any one know of any and can direct me on the best way to go about using it to be able to collect my $ quickly....Cause tonite I got ****ed only getting Howard at +250 instead of +400 like the rest of the world cause my shitbag bookies out of Philly ****ing bullshit $150 difference

Pinnacle, one free payout monthly, then others for a nominal fee.......

sports.com is a good one, been using it for years never a bad instance, and if I ever have a question, its easy to get a live person on the phone.
