help. pinnacle has me worried!!!

on jan 13 i did a complete cashout on my account. i got a email from pinnacle saying they got my request and this will be process in 1 to 2 days. and i ll will be sent a email to track my check from fed ex. it has now been 16 days and i ve heard nothing. i ve tried to call pinnacle on this number 1 800 439 5197 and all i get now is a recording that there is no longer any telephone waging. someone plkease help me, is there any other numbers you guys now of. they 2,220 dollars of mine.
