Hole-Carding at Blackjack?

anybody got any good tips to do this? Supposedly if you have a sloppy dealer and a fast eye you can get a glimpse of the hole card, usually in a pitch game. You get a 10% edge if you know what the hole card is every time.

People in a wheelchair have an advantage for this btw.
