don't know last time ive used a home phone to make a call.. sure if someone calls me on it, but I never use it to make calls

Rarely....my cell gets far more use.

Was just joking around I don't know many people who use their home phone much except old and retired people.

I think you need one to have a security system in your house. Atlease that is what they told me. I have a line but no phone hooked up too it.

lol... well everyone has a line with no tone... it is required by law (i am guessingin most states) for 911 reasons.... even if there is not tone, a 911 call still goes through...

Have a home phone and cell phone. Need the home phone for the security system. If it wasn`t for that i would not have a home phone.
