Question Homer vs Objective - Which one are you?

How many of you can keep it separately? What percentage of people can keep it separately.

It can hurt you to be a homer but also it can help because who knows the team better than the greatest (fans) homers!

Let's keep this fun and to good debate

No homerism here. I bet on who I think is going to win. I will bet against my favorite teams if I think they can`t get the job done. Good thread Dr. Jack!

obviously veteran posters only bet on who they beleive will win without homerism

problem is some cant distinguish between a little "game discussion" mixed in with homerism vs actually laying money on it.

I almost never put any money on the Fins or the Bills. Love Miami, hate the Bills and I don't want to have feelings cloud my judgement on the games and potentially lose money so I will just lay off or bet totals on those teams

very objective here. i will bet against the redsox, pats, bruins, celts if I think its going to win me money.....

in discussions i can see both sides of the story and step back and not let my hometown affiliation get in the way of what someone is saying. lots of homerism in the mall, but its also called "being a good fan" and that is important to

I am way harder on the home teams than I am on any other teams

Play against my teams WAY more than I do for them

Probably in the Top 2-3 of objective posters in the forum as far as the home teams are concerned.
