Thumbs down Homerun Derby looks exciting.......NOT
Shit is starting to get like the dunk contest.......like guys scared to get hurt in the dunk contest, MLB players are worried about messing with their swing etc. (ala Bobby Abreu a few years ago)......Cano opted out (claiming bad back) and Hamilton said no thank you, which sucks because he is the one guy that could really put on a show...

NL will roll out:

I actually like Ortiz.......he is old and not the same guy but his swing is built for a derby

my bad.....bad word choice using "darkhorse" with Cabrera.......as you can tell by the name I gave him I fully acknowledge he is the favorite......should of said my "backup plan" after Papi

agree that HR Derby will be so watered down in coming years.....plus....unless you have a cool field to crush them out of...fenway, wrigley, san fran, camden....who cares to see a ball go 10 rows into the bleachers

that's why I am so pissed Hamilton isn't participating........guy is the one guy that regardless of stadium drops BOMBS and could make it fun!!!
