How do I even open an offshore bank account?
US bettors are gonna have to start finding ways around the law so does anyone have info on how to go about starting an offshore account?

TCT - I think he is saying if the US Law is passed that you would have to keep your money that Pinnacle or other books pay you in an offshore bank account.
