How do you Withdraw?

Trying to make a withdraw at 5D.. the only three options it gives me are not available in north america..

never made a withdrawl, the concept is foreign to me

Check, WU or MG, Bank Wire are all available and today between 9-1 EST you can get a free withdrawal 1x every month.

Do you contact customer support to get these options or do they just show up on your payouts page?

No idea I just call em up or do an online chat when I want my $$ out.
