How To Get Around Blocked Websites

Ok here is my problem and I am sure a problem for a few here. My company has blocked all gambling sites at work(seriously don't they know they take away all my fun by doing this, lol!) Also I am not a guy who understands computers that well, but it doesn't even allow laptops to access the internet let alone gambling sites.

So does anybody have an idea of how I can get around this at work, especially on my desktop computer?

well, if you have a laptop, you can always get there from there - just make sure your proxy setting is clicked off (under tools; internet options; connections). Other than that I can't help you... I'm just a bean counter...

If your IT guy is worth a sh*t, you ain't getting around it unless you use a Remote Desktop type application to another computer like Smet said.

Jack I am going to try the suggestion that smet made with that one website. Hopefully I will get some time tonight to download and then try it when I get to work tomorrow.
