lol actually i was curious...

in my late teens and early 20s i was into allotta fitness stuff and i used to run and lift weights n stuff and i practiced seeing how long i could hold my breath for...

got up to 4 minutes as my personal best, of course i was lean n fit then now i have trouble holding it for even 1 minute lol...

just figured that there was enough people into fitness on here that might have tested their own ability...

when i was young and i went swimming i would always have someone time me and see how long I could hold my breath for. Back then like 2 minutes....now....ummm about 5 seconds lol

how safe is that experiment?

are you sure it's healthy not to have oxygen in the brain for a minute (nevermind more) without any adverse effects?
