Question How many hours a sleep do you usually get a night?

And how many hours do you need to feel good?

During the week, I get between 5.5 and 6.5 hours sleep. Most I can sleep (when on vacation) is about 8-9 hours. When I was younger, I could sleep 10-12 hours easily.

Evan: What? One name? ONE NAME!?!? Who are you? Seal?
Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

Tell me about it, this is something that I have noticed and bugs me. Even if I tried, I couldn't touch 10 hours anymore

Seems the older i get the harder it is to sleep.. but anything over 6 hours would hit the mark.

I get between 6-7 hours a night during the week. On weekends, it doesn't matter if I go to bed at 3am, I still get up around 9:30.
