How many professional gamblers are here?

I was just curious how many people here actually use gambling as their only source of income.
Also, how did you end up going that route and which sports are your bread and butter?

Thanks,
Zilla

I know that he lives in Vegas and I am pretty sure he is a pro.

It cracks me up when people call posters contest sluts... a chance at free money doing what we all love to do--gamble, who wouldnt want to participate? I really don't understand why more people are not in the contests. You can call me a contest slut all you want because I am in every one.

So does your gambling fund your business interests or your business interests fund the gambling?

I'm just curious because we're finally getting to the point where we're putting some money away and I've been working on handicapping my own games. I figured instead of just randomly picking amounts and betting based on feel, I'd start putting together a specific bankroll and working from that through an NFL season.

Thanks as always everyone.

Snowman,
This is off topic a little bit but out of curiosity, when the contests are on the board and sponsored by an online book..do you have to have money in that book or just be registered to enter?

just registered to enter most of the contests.... with the Play of day contest you have to make a $25 wager every week to be eligible for full amount of prize money.

id bet some who you'd consider recreational bet more than those who you consider professional

a professional garbage man is a pro too at what he does

meanwhile a commodities broker may bet to supplement his income but mainly for fun

its all how you look at it.

gl figuring out who is who quad
