How many of you do this?

Set your alarm to wake up to get up at a certain time.....only to find you turn your alarm off a go back to sleep.....done it way too much over the years.

Any tips to make sure you get up

What I do is. When I set my alarm I don`t put it next to the bed. I put it on the dresser next to the TV in front of the bed. That way when it go`s off I have to get out of bed to turn it off. Most of the time I wake up anyway before the alarm go`s off at 1:00 am.

Never use an alarm clock. It's not healthy. I let the sunlight that seeps into the room wake me up.

Wake up with the chickens. Never have used an alarm clock. If I can stay asleep for 5 hours I feel lucky. You can use a service to wake you up in the morning. Friend uses them and he says it works for him.

Alarm clocks are the worst sound in the world. I use to have to set two of them, but set just one on my phone now. Set it for two different times, usually 15-20 minutes apart. Still hit the snooze a million times before I wake up. I dont know why I just dont set it as late as possible because I never wake up until that point.

and I'm getting up then to go on the treadmill, so I can do a half hour while watching ESPNews highlights, and still be at work by 6:30. LOL

Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?
