How many of you used a pager when you were younger?

I had one when I was 15. I thought I was the coolest guy in the world when that thing went off. I would even let it beep for a couple of seconds just so everyone could hear it. Then I would look down and say"ahhh it's just my bitch". True story. Can't make that type of shit up

i actually never had a pager, but then again it took me forever to finally get a cell phone....now i can't imagine even leaving the house without it

Pagers sucked, but the alpha pagers were even worse (the one way text thingy)... I remember every page from the office would be "Call the office" - hmmm... why even have this?

Hey Boys,

Talk about back in the day lol, at HS, everyone would have a pager! And now here in Toronto, pay phones have gone from 0.25 to 0.50 cents a call, all in part due to cell phones I am sure.
