How much can you bench? curl?

I started working out (again...) a couple months ago and I'm up to benching 225 and curling 115 (6-8 reps / 3 sets).
I think I can bench a lot more, but I do not have a spotter - home gym (free weights). I just work out with the 225 and have been going up 5 - 10 lbs every 2 weeks or so.
Hoping to get up to 275 or better by the end of summer.
Of course I do a whole routine of exercises; excpet the squat (knees can't take it).

Just curious if you work out, how much are you using?

Bobby, I started lifting hard again this last year. I was always tall and skinny but now finally starting to put on some bulk. Weight finally up and i am closing in on 220. Bench isnt still there because of my weak triceps, but tonight i got 260 a couple times. Its great when you start seeing results, it makes you hit it that much harder. Jay you doing 3 plates thats very nice. Good luck with it Bob, let me know how the progress goes.

Thanks Cat. 260 is great!! - I think I may be able to get it up 1 rep, but I'm afraid to try. Thinking about joining the local gym soon so I can get a spotter. - Its only $29 signup then $9 per month.

One thing i learned

If your our age and keeping track of what you lift your a lonely meat head.

Key word lonely and probably balding.

exercise is good impressing people after the age of 21 on the amount u lift is not good.
