How much is a movie where you live?

And Anyone else miss Siskel & Ebert? I haven't been to a movie since their last review

last night I heard it was $10 to get in a movie now & the person said that was cheap compared to other states

is this true? Wooa

Either $9 or $10 here in Minny. Paid $9 to see Hot Tub Time Machine on Friday

Ebert is still around, but very sick. Looks terrible

Who is considered the person to listen to now for movie reviews? I have no idea.

$10.50 around here. Starting to get outta hand.

A couple of years ago it was $5 with a student ID. I'd cover up the year and they would let it go haha. But even that is $7.50 now.

10.50 to 11.50 here at most cineplex theatres, at least the newer ones.

you can get cheaper tickets to crappier theatres and some theatres will start showing movies 2 months after release at an older theatre where you pay like half the price.

i remember cheap tuesdays, they stopped doing that now, not sure why they got rid of that tho. tuesdays used to be packed year round, not sure if too many go now.

Wow, thread got me thinking and realized haven't been to a movie theatre in 11 years. Is that wrong? Guess just don't feel the need with all other options available to us now. And the experience of seeing at theatre not enough to corral me either i guess.

Maybe I'll go now...just to shake things up.
