How's your health?
After seeing Victor's excellent decision to quit smoking, I wonder with the mix of young and "veteran" posters on this site, how is everyone's personal health?

I'm a monster. 40yrs old, 6'4 245 with a low resting pulse rate, normal blood pressure, and extremely high sex drive. Probably the best shape of my life (except for maybe Basic Training when I was 18). I credit the tequila, vitamins, fruits, mushrooms and herbal supplements. And I drink a gallon of filtered water every day.

diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure at age 26...been kickin ass for the past 3 years and steadily making improvements. Fitted with a pacemaker at age 27 and can honestly say i havent had a bad day since....except for when i have to pay out

Pretty good....got my flu shot on Tuesday and overall there aren't any issues to worry about. I do need to start watching the foods I eat and exercising more often.
