So if the Earth is a living organism itself, are we humans the brain cells or the cancer cells within that larger being?

On a macro scale you maybe right, but if you're going to mention dmt or joe rogan then you have to acknowledge the awesome spiritual power a human being can possess, then apply that to a pan dimensional scale
