I made a NHL bet last night (WED)

DAL by 2
ANA by 2

2 to pay just over 40.00

at betjm I went in my account today and to my surprise it was like I never made the bet.

Im am a bit upset about it, but I have no way to prove it other than to tell my fellow cappers and to see if this has happened to them

all the bets were

DAL -1.5
EDM -1.5
ANA -1.5
2 paid like 40.22 or 40.72 dont know the exact amount but i know it was just over 40 bones

IM sick to my stomach about this, cause I know I placed the bet and my wife was here with me watching over me.

sad part is I usually post my bets copy and past them into the forums, tonight I didnt because my wife was playing poker when i placed the bet.

my account is Account --- with betjm Im very frustarted but I doubt I have anyway to make them fix this, they will say I never made the bet..

but I know i was logged in and I know i placed the bet and I know I confirmed it.


Im gonna send them and email and see what they say.

I even made the bet right after depositing 10.00 bones with them.

I called BetJamaica, she said she sees the deposit and then asked me if I confirmed the bet, I told her yes I did, and That I even knew the amount I was supposed to win, and advised that I usually copy and past my bet into the forum but this night I didnt because my wife was playing poker, she said she will talk to a supervisor, and told me to call back in 30 minutes.


I could only say that I was supposed to win between 40.22 and 40.72 forgot the exact amount.

Keep us up to date. I personally have not had the first bad thing with Bet Jam. They have, by far, been the best sports book that I have dealt with on all levels...Good Luck....

yes I havent had a problem with them either In Fact after I won a parlay two weeks ago I requested the payout and I had the money in 45 minutes by neteller.

Im not gonna sweat 40 bucks, but I will see what they do.

No but I prefer to not have personal info like that posted on the boards to avoid any kind of issues down the road.

As far as the issue - C'mon Bart - Do you know how many times someone has said they posted a thread or picks or contest plays? I mean seriously - email 100 bookies and tell them you won but the play is not there and you will get the same response. If you are counting on Bet Jamaica crediting these - I think you may be looking at a letdown.

What do you think happened? Do you think they deleted the picks to save $40? I really don't understand this. The book wants action, win, lose or tie. JMO

Prior to confirmation.....the wager will display the amount of wager and the potential payout.

You should always click on TOTAL PENDING to see if has has gone through.
