I recommend buying a.....

I just bought a 12 volt trimmer/edger for my yard. No more gas trimmers or trimmers with annoying extension cords. My dad has also one and they are cool as hell. Walmart has them for $58.76. Black & Decker brand.

I own this exact model. It works pretty decent, and you cant beat the price.

I had one and it wasn't heavy duty enough for my lawn.But I guess it would work for small jobs.
