I want the cake

Ok here it is in a hand basket. I start practice this week and I am sure that the cake will allow me to retain more water. Its fricken HOT here so you may actually be saving my life. If anyone dies at practice I will let the papers and news media know that I made it thru practice because of Grandmas cake. I will then let them know that you were the person who gave it to me and before you know it they will be sending you money for every cake they sell. I can also imagine seeing your mug plastered on bulletin boards all around the States. You will be more famous then Jarrod from Subway and then you can thank me by sending me a cake once a week.

TAMPA · A youth football league is rethinking safety requirements after two boys collapsed and died during separate summer practices this month.

Jamell Johnson, 11, and Bobby Stephens, 12, collapsed days apart after running laps at their first Tampa Bay Youth Football League practices.


Jamell died Friday, nine days after his collapse in Tampa. Bobby died July 17 in an ambulance that was taking him from a practice field in the Tampa suburbs to a nearby hospital.

The medical examiner has not released the cause of the deaths, but coaches and relatives reported both boys showed signs of heat exhaustion.

"It's just so unbelievable," said Scott Levinson, head of the football league. "We've had well over half-a-million kids go through this program and nothing like this has ever happened."

"We're looking for answers," he said. "It's an emotional time for the league."

Levinson said he will require physical exams for the league's 2,500 players next year. League rules require a team staff member to be certified in first aid and CPR.

"Maybe the coaches need additional training on looking for signs something is wrong," said Ray Yeakley, spokesman for Hillsborough County Fire-Rescue.

JACK, I need the cake, after all my B-day is next Saturday. Its also my wifes B-day. We were both born on the 29th of July. Sucks celebrating your B-day with your wife, but at least I never forget it.
