It only takes one prosecutor and one FBI agent to file charges of any type. In my opinion, it is still too early to panic about the possibility some massive roun-up.

And that is the exact problem judge. It only takes one prosecutor, one agent, and one judge to derail the entire industry. They took out one of the major players already. They certainly can not be discouraged by their overall success so far.
