Some books may provide open IF plays, but typically you use it on the same day. But its a 2 (or more) play bet. You have action on the second play only IF the first play wins. You can also play an IF WIN OR PUSH, which gives you action on the second play in the event of a win or a push on the first play.

These are useful if you are low in funds as you can play other games depending on the outcome of the first game.
