Ireland, and if the commerce was bad and employment was difficult probably an Asian country like Japan or Thailand.
If it was a question of where would I want to go and I didnt NEEd a job, I'd say either Ireland or a island in the West Indies

Downtown Interlaken, Switzerland... Bring the skis they got the beer.... Buy a bike sell the car and ride the pub transportation...( when they say the train leaves at 6:00 dont get there 6:01)...Get a half assed job...Watch the girls.... Hit the slopes... Drink beer...Chase the girls........ For all tree heads 15 dollar ounces....Then die...End of story.....
