If you get pulled over by a cop for speeding, do you:
A) apologize,
B) cooperate fully C) place a fake 911 call about a shooting when the cop isn't watching? FAIL A North Naples man was creative in avoiding an arrest Monday, and for a while, it worked. Jonathan Paul Rorech, 31, 3027 Horizon Lane, #2401, was pulled over and about to be arrested for driving with a suspended license when inspiration hit — call 911, report shots fired and hope the deputy responds by letting him go. According to reports, a Collier County Sheriff’s deputy was traveling west in the 2300 block of J&C Boulevard around 1 a.m. when he noticed a gray Toyota traveling east on J&C at 45 mph in a 30 mph zone. Rorech, the driver of the Toyota, told the deputy that he left his North Carolina driver's license at home. When the deputy asked him where he was coming from, Rorech said "South Street." The deputy returned to his patrol car and ran Rorech's information through his mobile data computer, where he discovered Rorech did not have a driver's license in Florida or North Carolina. During the traffic stop, the deputy received a report of a shooting with "one subject on the ground" at South Street Bar & Grill in North Naples. The deputy decided to respond to the shooting and sent Rorech on his way. When the deputy arrived at South Street he was informed by his supervisor that there was no shooting and nobody was injured. The deputy immediately suspected the 911 call reporting the shooting was false. Further investigation by the deputy revealed the 911 call came from a phone number with a North Carolina area code. The deputy called the phone number back and received Rorech's voice mail. Later, the deputy listened to the 911 call and recognized the male caller's voice as belong to Rorech. The deputy drove to Rorech's residence and waited for him to return home. Rorech pulled his car into the parking lot outside his apartment around 2:25 a.m. and the deputy arrested him. He was charged with making a false 911 call, a misdemeanor. Rorech was also charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving on a suspended license — one for the initial traffic stop and the other for driving home, reports said. A search of Rorech's vehicle turned up a cell phone in the center console. The phone's battery had been removed. The deputy put the battery in the phone. A sheriff's dispatcher then called the phone number that the 911 call was made from. Rorech's phone rang. Further investigation revealed Rorech's driver's license was suspended out of North Carolina

Got pulled over a few times for speeding. The one that sticks in my mind the most was when my wife and I were driving back from visiting her parents 5 hours away. Right when I hit the interstate got pulled over for doing 74 mph in a 70 mph zone. The DPS said is there a reason your going 74 in a 70? I said I was setting the cruise control for 70 and went 74 so I can bring it down to 70. He looked and me and said have a nice day sir. I said thank you sir.

Few people understand the psychology of dealing with a highway traffic cop. A normal speeder will panic and immediately pull over to the side. This is wrong. It arouses contempt in the cop heart. Make the bastard chase you. He will follow

In Pa when you get a speeding ticket Its best to be nice to the cop.. Then plead not guilty and go before a magistrate .. When you go before him (the cop will be there) admit you knew you were speeding but ask for some compassion and cry about your insurance rising and you are sorry and you will be more dillengent in the future.. Then request for it to be changed to driving to fast for conditions .. The fine stays the same but its ZERO points on your record and your insurance company doess not get contacted.. Its all about the cash and if your nice to the cop (they note your demeanor in their notes).. it will usually work.. If you know a cop give him a call and they all do this for their brothers.. Everybody happy.. The mag and cops get their cash and you lose the points.. myself three for three on this..
