I am quoting this from another sports forum... and I do not know if it is 100% true...

I just got off the phone with a company rep. for Wagermall (BOS). His name is Jamie and he can be reached at 1-866-333-6255 ext 3. He said they were working on a payout process and people with a balance should call to be put "on the list" for payouts. He went on to say that all will be paid their balances, but no bonus money. Those on the list will be paid in the order he receives the calls.

This could be just another stall tactic, but then again, why answer the phone in the first place? At any rate, when asked WHEN I could expect a payout, he said they should start processing them about the first week of Sept. He also said only about 10% of people with balances had called to verify their balances and get on the payout list.

I just called to see if they still had me on their list and NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONES... there is not even a dial tone...........beware of these fools!

I found these numbers for BOS. I heard that at least they are answering the phone at the first number with promises of payouts in two weeks. Sounds like there is some kind of waiting list. GL.

Champ - I would not buy in to it to much. From everything I hear - it's just a ploy. This was not started at this forum so I would advise anyone to try anything but do it with a grain of salt and not get your hopes up. I have told myself to forget it and I havr taken the loss

Update

The Board of Directors of BETonSPORTS plc announced that in the light of the Temporary Restraining Order issued by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the related Indictment issued by such Court, and after thoroughly reviewing possible alternative business plans, they no longer consider the US facing operations of the Company, which are based in Costa Rica and Antigua, to be viable.

The Directors have considered the impact of this conclusion and now intend that the Company should;

1. cease its operations in Costa Rica and Antigua as soon as practicable;
2. pay any liabilities to staff and creditors in an orderly manner; and;
3. repay balances due to US customers in an orderly manner.

Items 2 and 3 above will take time and their successful completion will depend upon the Company’s ability to persuade banks and cash processors to release its funds. It also will depend on the Company’s ability to realize further and sufficient funds from its assets and operations outside Costa Rica and Antigua and to earn sufficient profits from operations which are not US facing.

The Directors are taking steps to ensure that the Company will not knowingly accept any wagering transactions from US based customers.

Further information will be posted on this website once agreements are in place with the relevant parties.
