1 MILL off the bat to each of my 3 kids
1 Mill divided up between my church and two colleges .

payoff any of my dad's debt , not sure if he has any, but then send him and his wife anywhere for a nice vaca.

payoff any of my debts.
buy a couple of nice vehicles .
buy a nice house either in AZ, or Hawaii.
Invest to make sure I and my family are set.

First, I would hide my identity so that I can't be traced. After the money is in my account I would re-settle to another city. Then I would start spending low-key. Lots of cash would be burried underground in separate places on my new 60-acre hobby farm. I prefer to bury it than invest it--this way I'll have much less to worry about.

Help out all the people in my wedding party with their mortgages including all family. Possibly give them a vacation as well.

Go to Orlando and buy a place near a golf course to live. Buy a business so my wife can run it and be occupied.

I would determine whether or not to keep a house in Canada.

Other than that, not much. Maybe hire a personal driver for the family and possibly a cook (although I love cooking).
