There are some great folks here as well but i am noticing that there are quite a few of these posers here.

7 years in sales and youve never had indecisive potential customers?

you ll find that in any city, also consider what you sell is a luxury item in a bad economy

and people dont like to admit they cant afford it, they would rather waste your time

so you need to find that thing that separates real revenue to the pussyfooters to be more productive

but never burn a bridge just spend less time with them, but do follow up from time to time

Thanks guys... Been closing at a high clip. Completed 70 percent of my one year target in 3 months. Just getting use to the US. Back in shanghai I would take my clients to escort ktvs and full on sauna where the girls closed alot of the deals for me. Can't complain that's the Chinese culture, gotta adapt to the us culture

Btw the rule of thumb is if they say give me a call tomorrow morning, I really like this and need a night to think about it. 90 percent of the time they won't pick up your call the next morning let alone the whole week. When I used my colleagues phone they finally picked up and said my wife said no. Same ol line, maybe one I'll use for the future but Atlanta been pretty good to me so can't complain other than the traffic and my car getting broken into

lazy....you need to ask firm questions and dont be afraid of "no"

every no gets you closer to your next yes.

people are always going to be hesitant when it comes to parting with money. show value, show them the positives and if they cant figure that out then move on

IMO only

Gl lazy. Do urself a favor and take a look at steven covey 7 habits to highly successful salespeople and spin selling. They r the 2 that i go off of. Read em and institute ur personality into it. U will be fine. When someone says they have to think about it.......... They r lying start selling again lazy. Just go to any seminar u can and take a little out of it and make it urs. U seem like a dead on guy lazy just remember people will not buy a tic tac from u if they do not like u. If they like u ......u have a sale and many more.
