Im on the 15 day DL
for my wiffle ball league. i have been suffering some recent back spasms and today i had the mother of all back spasms. i checked my swing on a crazy ass sinker and i felt a tweak, i then returned to pitch the next inning and the 4th pitch i threw ended my month of june. 8 years with no injury and now this. i can barely move. the people at the hospital laughed at me when i told them that i needed stronger pain killers so i could play on sunday.
this is a concern if you have me on ur fantasy team. i am in terrible pain and do not know think i will return to 05 form. i expect this to plague me all year, but being the true champ i am, i will play in pain......

im shut down until july. but please still vote for me for the 4th of july all sta game. i thought about not DL'ing myself until i came back from the hospital and tried to play again and collapsed to the ground in pain.....rehab starts tomorrow and i will have a daily update.
