Paris - I spent a month there.

Go to the top of da Eiffel tower.

Feels like your swaying in the breeze up there and its a hellva view.

Go to the Louvre and see some art. I could spend a few months in that place without getting bored or even the Musee d'Orsay if Impressionist art is your thing.

Notre Dame Cathedral is a site as is Sacre-Coeur.

Those are some touristy commercial places but I do think you will enjoy them.

Have not been to London or Rome

Have a nice trip Chilli man

In Paris Hit the area around SACRE-COEUR ( church) good food at reasonable price at outdoor cafes and a lot of art vendors. The Eiffel Tower at NIGHT IS A MUST SEE.. The Louvre is a all day affair but a must see... How can you pass up seeing the Mona Lisa. In Rome so many good eats ( watch for pickpockets) my fav place to eat in Rome was "Melo" small place but just KNOCK OUT FOOD! The Vactican is a must see also... If you get a chance rent a car and take a ride outside of do it!!! Bars are open all night so dont rush out early they are a late eating and drinking country.. The beer is strong but the wine is better and very cheap ( most)

Learn to ride the subway in Paris its a huge city and walking it all day is not a option. The subway is cheap ( buy a multi day pass) or do the buses but the subway is much quicker. Rome on the other hand can be walked.... GL
