not ALL rights but most of them. You can expect all civil rights common to western countries. Other particular rights do not apply to you. You do not have a right to an education for example.

no food stamps (unless you are using a fake SSN; or a dead persons SSN). Free medical depends on the state or even the city really. They are under no obligation to ask yours status or report you. In some places they have the obligation to treat you; even if you cant pay right away.
Housing? yeah as long as you pay your rent on time. Most landlords dont give a shit as long as you show them the money.
The govt wont provide housing.
