I'm sick and tired of....

hearing about this being the first SB with two black coaches. i mean, who gives a shit, seriously, it is this type of stuff that points out differences in race. i don't care if the coach is white, black, martian, it doesn't matter. if you're a good coach than you are a good coach regardless of race. it annoys me to no end when the media hypes up race no matter what the situation because all's it does is seperate us as americans and beyond that as human beings.

anyway, that's just my 2 cents on the topic.

Its Tricky.

Segregation is a bad thing.

Acknowledging achievments is a good thing.

i dont think its that bad, making to the superbowl is hard enough, 2 black coaches when 1's never even made it makes it that much more amazing.

Also just be glad Saints didnt get in or else you wouldve heard about what NO went through. I mean I feel for those people but they really overdo that story whenever the Saints play.

Both coaches should be talked about for the great jobs they did this season. Tony Dungy changed his defense from a below average to the top in the last few weeks. The Bears were the class of the NFC from nearly the beginning to the end of the season. Great story to have both of them fighting for their first NFL Championship.

yes, the media should talk about how great a job the coaches did, not pointing out race.

to me acknowleding the fact that two black coaches made it to the SB together is more of an insult. by making it such a feat, it seems that the media didn't think two black coaches would ever do this, which to me insults how great the two coaches are. i guess to me it just doesn't matter who you are, if you are good at what you do that is all that counts and race or sex doesn't play a role in that. again, i say celebrate the fact that the two men are great coaches, and leave it at that.
