Incredible Hulks of Cappersmall Mall

A couple questions to all the muscle heads out there........1) Can or should you do ABS daily? 2) Also, do you (or should you) do bi's and tri's the same day?

LMAO.

1. If you're not using weights, abs can be worked on daily. If you use weights, 3-4 times per week is good, with a day off for rest in between each workout.

2. Biceps and triceps are best to train together for a full pump, with a day of rest off in between.

Well that's what i googled anyways...

Now back to my drink...

I'll second that. Abs are a muscle just like any others so you still need some rest in between if you want to build.
