Insanity: The Asylum DVD
I know some of ya'll did Insanity and P90X here on the forum. I did each last year. Well, I have been waiting for P90X MC2 to come out in July, and bamm this DVD took me by surprise. I just ordered it last week and plan on starting by May 1st. It definitely looks crucial as hell with ladder, strength band, and chin up exercises added. Anyone else going for Insanity: The Asylum?
