Interested moderators please read

In the coming weeks I will be adding several moderators as I need them to join the great group we already have.

To give you a quick update – most of our moderators will be moved to a specific section only with their focus on that section only to hopefully help increase participation and to focus on one section rather than the entire forum. Because of this I will be adding several more moderators down the road.

Here is some info you need to know if possibly interested.

1. This is NOT a paid position.
2. This is a 6 month trial period.
3. Time Commitment is required.
4. Participation in the respective forum you will be moderating is required.
5. Upholding the policies and format of CM is required.

Some more info

1. Campaigning in the forum will not get you a position.
2. If you can be a headache at times in the forum – please don’t apply.
The above two are not a shot, just a fact. Please do your campaigning by email to me. Lol – Also just because you were a headache in the past does not mean you can’t do a turnaround. Lol – We are a 2nd chance company here. LMAO

There are many things I will look at when it comes to selecting these moderators. Please do not take it personally if it does not happen for you at this time. I factor in many things. I am looking for people who spend a lot of time daily on the forum, as well as uphold our standards in a respectful way and also create more participation in a particular forum area.

Here are some of the forum sections that I am considering adding some moderators too in the future.

Pro Basketball
Pro-Line
Hockey Forum
Soccer
Main Street
Sportsbooks/Casinos
Horse Racing

Please let me know what you believe should be a moderators job description and what you feel like you can bring to the table with the particular forum you are interested in.

There are some other things that are not mentioned here that I will go over when someone is added such as what is expected and what is required.

Also this will not be an overnight process – however I am trying to get a lot of things worked out and this will be in the near future.
