Jesse Jackson is the biggest publicity hound of the 20th and 21st Centuries, and we can always expect him to do anything it takes to get his face in the news, at anytime he has the chance to do it.

Do you remember on Saturday Night Live when Chevy Chase was the anchorman on Weekend Update? It was 1975. Do you remember how Chevy would sometimes begin to tell a story by saying the name of a person while a picture of the person was shown on the picture screen behind Chevy, and then without saying another word, Chevy Chase would switch to another story? It would only work as a joke with certain personalities.

And Chevy Chase did do Jesse Jackson like that on that show, I still remember it. That was a classic gag...

What idiots like Jackson and Sharpton have done is water down most people's sensitivity to racism by calling everything racism, even when it's clearly not. Most people are in the habit of rolling their eyes and thinking, "there he goes again" whenever one of these clowns is spouting off at the mouth. When actual racism pops up, many will ignore it, especially if one of these self-promoters wants to be the face of it.
