Joint Bank Accounts?

Hey all you married guys at the mall. Me and my wife recently got joint checking accounts. This is where my check goes and her check goes for work. She knows i play poker and usually i use my credit card for sportsbook accounts to gamble on but is this a problem for any of you others? It just seems like it is really stressful at times and am really thinking about giving this up and going back to a separate account. I mean i guess in the long run it is wise for me to stay with my wife on joint accounts but like any other woman she gets pissed when i spend money but she is allowed to spend whatever she likes.. If i want to put money on Full Tilt and go broke a few days later i like to reload because i have a problem. She will get all pissed off. Yeah, i konw i need to quit the poker thing but it is fun and i enjoy it. Also there is no local casinos in the area where i can play cash games live or i would... Help please

My wife and I have a joint account but I also have one myself as well. Still get a paper check that I go to the bank every other week to cash myself, I deposit some into the joint account and keep the rest. Also have another portion taken out of my check automatically and put into mine and the kids accounts directly, saves questions if she thinks I don't even have it in the first place, not that she would care, just always thought having money on the side was a good idea
