I think it is funny how people pick on sports figures for their salaries, but there is little or no backlash on entertainer's salaries

It all depends , on how much her show is making on "advertisng..."

ever watch the show shark tank?

I've got a company with $ 2 mil in sales last 2 yrs (1 mil per yr)

i want you to invest $100,000 for 10 % of my co to help it grow

they say out of your 1 mil how much was profit?
i say $100,000
and Kramer how much did you pay yourself? - $ 50,000

so you really made $ 50,000 profit

you have nice sales , but to invest $ 100,000 for 10% of your co
explain to me how it is exactly "worth" $1,000,000?

The people that go on that show are getting seriously bad advisement when it comes to valuating their companies, the Sharks are right 90 per cent of the time, and the other 10 per cent of the time they are trying to bully the person into thinking their company isn't properly valued to snag a better deal.

But these people that come on and have no "real" understanding of what their company is truly worth is simply amazing. Either they are getting bad advisement or none at all, which would be silly when stepping onto such a stage.

as for Judge Judy, her show has huge ratings, thus ad dollars, which her agent uses as measure for her pay. it's that simple. and she's been making these large figures for years now.

that said, can't stand the bitch...on nancy grace level of chalk board scratching irritating levels for me.
