Was just doing research on NEM nnd BX

Just shows I haven't paid much attention today. I was looking at its chart and was going to post NEM is a shaping up for a good pick up to test 40s and break out a little and then I see it was up over 2% in after-hours with the bullish news about NEM eliminating its Gold Hedges. There goes my post about picking NEM up for a trade tomorrow on the open if it doesn't gap up. If I would of looked at the chart today before the close, probably would of picked up some more going intot tomorrow also. O Well. Could still present some good daytrading opportunities, I am sure volume will be high.

BX is a clear buy over 31, it hasn't broken 31 in the last 6 trading days and has tested 31 3 different times in the last 6 days. Looks like short-term resistance and would definitely buy with a clear break over 31

Nailed NEM on a daytrade, but I missed BX on the buy over 31, was a pretty busy morning. Made a killing in a short period, so I can't complain.

Bx will be a solid stock as long as they can continue to get deals done at a 5.1 or 5.2 interest rate. They will be able to aquire properties and flip them with no problem at this rate. Heard they are looking to aquire some New York properties for the long haul and sell off some European properties in the next few weeks. Should put some nice value into the next couple of weeks.
