............for $1.98/gallon. First time in at least 2 years gas has been under 2 bucks here..............

Rural SW Virginia, where gas is $1.98, and a can of snuff is $1.69, and the VT Hokies are ranked 25th in the nation in college hoops. Can it really get any better than this???

Got in on $1.99 3 days ago, even heard a couple stations in Ohio that have dropped to $1.79. I hate the psychological effects of these gas prices that my brain now thinks that $1.99 a gallon is somehow cheap!

Isn't that the truth! I was pretty excited about $2.20 a gallon here, when just 10 years ago, I was whining about $1.30 a gallon. I remember my mom complaining about gas at $0.39 a gallon when I was a kid...........
