just got an email from Sportsinteraction......not good

Dear Jahred

You recently withdrew funds from your Sports Interaction account to Swiftpay. We understand from communications with Swiftpay that you have not yet received that withdrawal to your bank account. We have been told that the delay has been caused by a technical difficulty between Swiftpay and their third party payment processor. Sports Interaction is monitoring the situation and is doing everything within our power to ensure the issue is resolved without further delay.

Now what is lame is that i know that Sportsinteraction owns Swiftpay....

something reeks

I called them last night after the withdrawal had not shown up in my bank account. After waiting for 17 minutes for someone to pick up my call, they assured me that the transfer would take place today. I logged in at SIA this morning and is shows that an echeck withdrawal was made but I won't know until tomorrow if it reached my bank or not.

I was not aware that SIA owned SwiftPay but if so, I have to agree that this is very weird.

Well, I had so much trouble with them in the past that I said that I would never go back. From Customer service to payouts they were below average. This was a from one year to three years ago. I hope that things get better for them.

Was not meaning to do that - was just letting you know that there was a post on this subject. I have recommended last week that people start the process of w/d from SIA. Their customer service is terrible and right now that is very important. You do not need hassles when w/d money. I think you will have to give them banking info to get a bank wire or I believe they can do neteller but I would stay on them and get your money.

Have not had any dealings with CS.... but I usually find a line that is either a half-point to 1 point better or worse than the larger outfits.

1 point in one's favor covers up a multitude of sins.

I use Neteller

Isn't that funny. Sportsinteraction is one of the few that I have never had trouble with but I have not tried to withdraw any funds in about three months. I also use Neteller but I am still worried about Neteller in the future.
