Just hit a deer

Coming home from golf league.

Scared the crap out of me and no damage done to my Jeep.

Anyone else have this displeasure?

Hit a buck head on 2 years ago right before Xmas. Brand new car....3,500 damage to the front and 3,000 damage to back from the guy not paying attention who rear ended us about 10 seconds later

yep was going down to southern illinois and ****ing drilled a deer going like 80. $1000 Damage to the hood and windshield along with the impact being so hard that it cracked the dashboard inside. Poor thing had no chance came outta nowhere.

I got lucky because a deer ran into my tire while I was doing 60 MPH on a dark road years ago. I saw the deer out of the corner of my eye and was like s#!t once it pushed my truck. My buddy and I got out to look at the damage, but we were all smoked up and drunk, we booked and found the deer's hair stuck in my rim.

Twenty years ago next week I tried to dodge a deer in the highway. It was about 11:00 at night on a central Texas road and I flipped my truck, was thrown out and broke my back.

When I woke up in the hospital, I was looking at a Texas Trooper. He asked me what happened and when I told him, he said "Son, you gotta hit those deer! It's the cows you gotta dodge cause they will come right though the windshield and kill ya. When you hit a deer goin' 70, you clip their legs out from underneath 'em and they go right over the top of your vehicle!"

I remember it like it was yesterday and that is a very abreviated version of a very long story.
