Thumbs up Kickin Ass In Math

For all of you who where worried about my academic status this semister(which im sure is about 0% of u) just to let u guys know i am kicking ass in math class. The teacher handed back our homework assisnments this semister and i have gotten a 10(100%) on all of them

Congratulations BigWill.

But don't get too cocky.

The assignment marks are basically free marks for every student.
I'm glad you got all 10s, but you must work with the assumption that EVERYONE else in class also got 10s. So in essence, everyone is tied at the moment.

The moment of truth will come when the prof gives the class a CLOSED BOOK exam. Then, he will know who has learned the concepts and who has not.

I hope you will be able to create some separation between you and the rest of the class at that time.

out of a class with like 90 people in it i think 1 person is prone to fail

It all depends on your prof.

If he uses the normal distribution to grade the students, then 5% will get A's and 5% will get F's. The other 90% will fall somewhere between that.

im dropping my linear algebra class. i BOMBED the first exam. nothin to do wit gambling, just me bein a lazy idiot. thank god im switchin from computer engineering to finance, i cant stand the geekdom that is engineering anymore.

how do you grade math on a curve....you either get the right formula and answer or not
