Legal Question regarding poker names?

I am a very good poker player Some say world class, In the online world of poker My name is recogniziable. I see alot of people copying my name on various sites that I do not play at.

So I was wondering if I am entitled to a percentage of their winnings? I would think they would have to ask my permission first and we then work out a settlement. no?

Thnkls

I'm no lawyer jaypa, but I believe that you should demand a blueberry cheesecake as part of your settlement. Who doesn't like cheesecake?
