Life on Mars

Anybody know why this show is being canceled?

I love this show... think it is one of the best on television right now

"Sources at the network told the trade daily that they were fans of the show but that ratings did not warrant a second series."

It is a great show! I am shocked that it is being cancelled. I love the old Sopranos actors (I counted 3 in the short lived series) that played cops. Perhaps it was written too smart for the individual that is in love with bs "realty tv". I am going to miss it.

From what I have been led to believe, Upinya83 was significantly instrumental in the decision to cancel the show. It seems that he has turned over a new leaf and he and BBP may be opening a boutique in Mobile, AL sometime this spring.

Good luck, fellas!

I think it would work better as an HBO show instead.

You are 100% correct. Either HBO or F/X.

I am pissed this show is getting canceled. Love it. I do hope tonight they answer a ton of questions for us.

diidn't understand the show last week, was he daydreaming about the detective explaining the experiment with tiny robots, or was that in his psyche file

last episode left me perplexed

me too... I remember that last episode was not the first time those little flying robots were shown... They've pretty much been around all season... I too am hoping tonight answers a lot of questions.

Also confused me when the detective told him he was from the "dream police"... could this be some kind of a 2009 time travel experiement?

the mars rover and annie being the stuardist from his childhood fantasy leads me to believe the entire show is one big acid trip
