should just be able to go to 'internet options' and then the 'general' tab and 'delete' under the browsing history section. it will clear all temp files, history, cookies, saved passwords, etc ... if you do it right, it will probably take a few seconds to actually finalize the deleting too FYI

now if u downloaded midget porn (as opposed to just watching in stream from the internet) you have to delete the files wherever u saved them to ur computer. most people just watch it streaming though, so the above will take care of that for ya

depending on make and model, push and hold f8 key during start up.
screen should show up with various startup modes and repair modes.
look for the bottom one on repair modes( usually the complete data delete mode) after you delete data your IT tech can reload the operating system. give him some B/S story about getting rid of a virus or something.
sometimes it is the f2 or f12 key as well, dont be afraid to explore what your machine does. if you cant get out of something just power down and restart.

U could buy a seperate sata drive and exchange it with the one in ur laptop. The old one could be used as an extra hard drive for ur home and u get to keep ur files. Ive read that even if u delete everything it will still be there on the drive...
