A little information from Intertops

I sent Intertops an email asking them what they planned to do after FirePay was gone and this is what they said:

We thank you for taking the time to send your query to us. We are aware of Firepay not being in service after the bill has been signed and it will be of some inconvenience to all Firepay customers. We however, do have alternative payment methods in place which will be made available to all customers very soon.

We are licensed and regulated by the Government of Antigua & Barbuda and as such, we will continue our operations and we will honour any pay out requests. Also note that the Government of Antigua and Barbuda won a recent WTO ruling in which Antiguan companies are allowed to accept online wagers from the USA.

Does anyone know anything about this recent WTO ruling?
